About working with me…
I believe that change and transformation is a process. There’s no quick fix. I offer longer coaching programs that can support you throughout the journey, in and between sessions to create long-lasting results.
If you want to address a specific topic that is present for you but don’t feel ready for a commitment yet, I offer an option to book a single 90-minute breakthrough session.
I create a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space that allows you to share freely. Sessions are fully confidential.
I only work with a handful of clients at a time so that I can be truly present with the work I do, and my attention is focused on you entirely. So you have my full commitment.
Each person and each journey is unique. If we decide to work together, in the first session we’ll customize your 1:1 coaching experience and structure it to match your personal needs & learning style so you get the best results.
Our sessions are online via Google Meet and last 1 hour. We can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly - you decide the spaciousness that works for you.
