About working with me…

  • I believe that change and transformation is a process. There’s no quick fix. I offer longer coaching programs that can support you throughout the journey, in and between sessions to create long-lasting results. 

  • If you want to address a specific topic that is present for you but don’t feel ready for a commitment yet, I offer an option to book a single 90-minute breakthrough session.

  • I create a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space that allows you to share freely. Sessions are fully confidential.

  • I only work with a handful of clients at a time so that I can be truly present with the work I do, and my attention is focused on you entirely. So you have my full commitment. 

  • Each person and each journey is unique. If we decide to work together, in the first session we’ll customize your 1:1 coaching experience and structure it to match your personal needs & learning style so you get the best results.

  • Our sessions are online via Google Meet and last 1 hour. We can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly - you decide the spaciousness that works for you.

  • I coach in English or Polish.

We start by mapping out your current situation—what's working, and what’s not. Then, we get clear on your goals and what a fulfilling, aligned life looks like for you to set a direction for our partnership.

2. Connect with Your True Self

Then we dive deep to help you reconnect with who you truly are—your values, beliefs, and life philosophy. By understanding these key parts of yourself, we create lasting inner change that aligns with the life you want to build. This internal clarity will serve us as a compass and guide your actions moving forward.

3. Build Lasting Support System

We’ll identify limiting beliefs or internal obstacles that are keeping you from thriving. Together, we'll tap into your strengths and resources that are already available to you. We’ll also implement practices and mindfulness tools that serve you, helping you create a strong support system for lasting change.

4. Take Action & Achieve Your Goals

Next, we build a step-by-step plan with clear actions and accountability helping you move forward with confidence and purpose. With your plan in place, we focus on both inner transformation and external progress. I'll support you with ongoing check-ins, extra resources, and accountability as you reach your goals.

Included in each coaching program:

— Guided meditations, breathwork, and visualisation to ground and connect with yourself for our sessions when relevant

Extra resources, exercises, tools, and personalised recommendations to support your journey and stimulate your personal development between sessions

A designated Workbook for each program + extra worksheets to integrate any insights that are coming through

Mid-Coaching Progress Check-In + Ending Reflections Questionnaire to honor and celebrate all learnings

A collaborative doc with a summary of our calls and action plans
