This program is about creating an inner and outer balance in your everyday living while working on your goals. Becoming whole and fulfilled.
We will incorporate all the pillars to support you in understanding the wholeness of yourself and your life and bring it to harmony.
All in service to help you move from coping and surviving to thriving and enjoying your everyday life.
In this program, we work on 8 Pillars of Wellbeing: emotional, physical, social, intellectual, occupational, financial, environmental and spiritual.
You will learn how all the pillars correlate and impact your overall happiness.
We will explore what each of them means to you and how you can take the next small & JOYFUL steps to support yourself while working on any goals and changes in your life. So that you feel at peace and balance internally & externally.
When you become aware of what contributes to your wellness and take intentional action to uplevel each area of your life you create a wholesome living. And from this place of balance and wholeness, you feel the energy and confidence to step into your full power and expand your potential in the outer world.

This 1:1 program consists of 12 sessions (1h each):
an initial Deep Dive Session to get clear on your goals
8 x sessions on each pillar
a halfway-through Integration Session
a session focused on creating your well-being routine
A wrap-Up Session to celebrate the progress and integrate the learnings.
🎁 Bonus follow-up session! 🎁 We will meet for another session after 1-3 months (whatever serves you best) to check the progress and keep you accountable. Optionally, we can continue working together in a more spacious container, eg. monthly or quarterly to keep the momentum.
I only work with 3-5 clients at a time so I can be truly present with the work I do. So you have my full commitment. I will also be available to you between the sessions, providing personalized resources and keeping you accountable.
