On living authentically

Today I’m writing you about living authentically and connecting with your True Self. All in service of living life full of joy, love, and purpose.

In our fast, yang-driven world, it's easy to lose touch with who we truly are. Many of us identify more with our ego, our mind—the part of us that constantly seeks validation, achievement, and approval —than with our True, Authentic Self. Including myself, when I run on autopilot.
May I challenge the status quo, please?
What if I told you that living from your True Self could make your life so much easier and more enjoyable?
When you connect with your inner self, you start to experience life from a place of authenticity, rather than from the ego. This shift can bring profound changes.
Identifying with your Authentic Self more than your ego means you’re less driven by external pressures, and expectations and more aligned with your inner values and true desires.
This alignment allows you to advance and expand in all areas of your life with ease. It allows you to move from coping to thriving in your everyday life. It means making decisions that truly resonate with you and embracing a life that feels genuinely fulfilling. Life becomes more enjoyable and filled with a sense of peace and purpose.
Ok, sounds good… but how?!
There are different ways and tools to connect with your Authentic Self. My favorites are visualization, self-reflective journaling, coaching, and yin yoga. If you want to dive deeper, reply to this email and I will be happy to guide you further.
Of course, it takes time and practice to tune in. But by showing up for yourself regularly, asking your True Self questions, and reflecting, you start receiving messages that will guide you to live more authentically and fully.

When do I feel most aligned and connected to my True Self, what activities or places support this connection?
What aspects of my life are most in need of alignment with my True Self, and what steps can I take to bring them into harmony?
What beliefs or stories about myself do I need to let go of to reconnect with my Authentic Self?
If I was being authentic, what would I be expressing?
What is one small step I can take this week to reconnect with my Authentic Self?
